Terms of participation

1. Provider and scope

The Punkted loyalty programme is run by Punkted (–). These terms apply to the Punkted card in the browser, in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and to the Punkted app.

2. Taking part

Taking part is free and open from the age of 16. The card needs no registration. Confirming your email address secures your points and unlocks the wheel, referrals and the welcome bonus. One card per person.

3. Collecting points

At participating partners you get 10 points per €1 spent. Staff scan your card. Each partner sets up to which receipt amount per visit points are given, and how often a card can collect there per day.

4. Redeeming points

100 points are worth €1 in rewards. Partners set their rewards. Rewards are redeemed only at the counter with the changing code in the Punkted app; a code fits one reward and works once.

5. What points are

Points are discount credit at the partners. They are not paid out in cash, earn no interest and cannot be transferred. Points are not money and not e-money.

6. Expiry

Points expire after 24 months without activity. Every collection, every redemption and every spin of the wheel counts as activity. With a confirmed email address we remind you 30 days before.

7. Bonuses

After first confirming your email address you get 200 welcome points once. When you invite a friend you get 100 points and an extra spin once the new card is confirmed; the new card also gets 100 points. Referring yourself is not allowed.

Punkted may run time-limited campaigns, such as more points at one partner. Their conditions are shown in the app.

8. Wheel

The wheel is free to play and requires no purchase. With a confirmed email address you get one spin a day; more spins come with visits, visit streaks and referrals. Prizes and their chances are shown in the app.

Points won are credited at once. A dish won can be redeemed for 14 days at the partner named. Prizes are not paid out in cash. Punkted may change prizes and chances for the future or end the wheel.

9. Misuse

Scans without a real purchase, several cards to use bonuses more than once, or other manipulation are not allowed. In such cases the points concerned can be removed and the card blocked.

10. Partners

Rewards are offers of the respective partners. There is no right to a particular partner taking part. If a partner leaves the network, points remain redeemable at all other partners.

11. Changes and ending

We announce changes to these terms at least one month in advance in the app, and by email if your address is confirmed. If Punkted ends the programme, it does so with at least three months' notice; until then points remain redeemable. You can stop taking part at any time and ask us to delete your data (see privacy).

12. Liability and law

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions: –.
